每日補充維他命c 我會食supplement或飲康鈣c
多喝檸檬水 飲水可以排毒, 加入檸檬可以變得更白!
全身防曬 好多人淨係搽面部防曬, 忘記左手腳都要搽!
定期做陶瓷肌或果酸 果酸本來就可以均勻膚色, 我每兩個星期做一次milk peel除左幫我美白之外仲可以去暗粒!
