因為我做咩運動/行山都好 就算前後拉足半個鐘 第2日肌肉都係好崩緊好痛 我問過我身邊既人 佢地都話正常拉左筋就唔會咁 點解我會咁??

其實肌肉痛系乳酸積聚 做完運動一定系咁架喎 補充下蛋白質,過幾日就好返的,無謂晒錢去做咩機啦
